Welcome to StoreWebview.com. These Terms of Service (โTermsโ) govern your access to and use of our website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the โServiceโ). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Service you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Accounts
To purchase or sell on the Service you need a free account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration.
- Keep your password confidential and secure (we recommend 2FA โ enable at /profile/security).
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Buying Digital Products
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a license to use that product under the terms specified in its product listing and our License Agreement. Payments are processed via third parties (PayPal, VNPAY, SePay). Prices include any applicable VAT/taxes where required by law.
Important: By clicking โDownloadโ or โGetโ on any product you acknowledge immediate delivery of the digital product and waive the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) for that product.
4. Selling on StoreWebview
Approved authors may list digital products for sale. By uploading content you:
- Warrant you own or have rights to license every component of your upload.
- Grant StoreWebview a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your product to buyers under the license type you selected.
- Agree to our payout schedule (monthly, minimum $50 balance) and revenue split (up to 85% author share; exact terms in your seller agreement).
- Accept that StoreWebview may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP rights of third parties.
- List stolen, leaked, pirated, or unauthorized material.
- Misrepresent the origin, authorship, or licensing of any product.
- Use the Service to distribute malware, exploits, or malicious code.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass rate limits, scrape at scale, or disrupt the Service.
- Use AI-generated content without clearly labelling it as such.
- Engage in price gouging, wash-trading, fake reviews, or manipulation of ratings.
- Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users or authors.
6. Content Licenses
Every product is sold under a specific license type (Standard, Extended, Developer, or open-source). The license terms are binding between the buyer and author. StoreWebview enforces license compliance and may revoke access for violations. See our full License Agreement for rights, restrictions, and attribution requirements.
7. Intellectual Property
- Copyright in products remains with the original author.
- The StoreWebview platform, brand, logos, and trademarks are property of Zerion Games Studio (operator of StoreWebview).
- Unauthorized use of our trademarks, scraping of the product catalog, or redistribution of platform code is prohibited.

8. Fees, Taxes, and Refunds
- Buyer fees are shown at checkout and include any applicable VAT.
- Author revenue share is disclosed in the seller agreement.
- Refund eligibility and procedure are governed by our Refund Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all products are provided โAS ISโ and โAS AVAILABLEโ without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Authors warrant their own products under the license terms; StoreWebview makes no representation as to third-party products.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreWebview and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold StoreWebview harmless from any claim, demand, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) content you upload, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, (d) your misuse of the Service.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or if required by law. Upon termination: (a) purchased products remain usable under their licenses, (b) pending payouts are released per the seller agreement, (c) we may retain records as required for legal or tax purposes.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Ho Chi Minh City. EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email (if you have an account) and a prominent site banner at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
