How do I download a product after purchase?
After successful payment, you'll receive an email with the download link. You can also access all purchases anytime from /profile/downloads. Downloads are wrapped with your author attribution and are tied to your account.
What file formats do you provide?
Game assets typically ship as Spine (.atlas, .skel, .json), sprites (PNG/WebP), and source project files. Source code ships as zipped repositories with README + deployment notes. Mobile apps ship as .apk/.ipa/.zip with project source.
Can I use my purchase in a commercial project?
Yes — the Standard License grants non-exclusive commercial use in one end product. The Extended License covers multiple products. See our License Agreement for full terms.
Why is my download not working?
Common causes: (1) download link expired after 24h — re-generate from /profile/orders; (2) browser blocked the download — check pop-up blocker; (3) large file + unstable connection. Contact support with your order code if still failing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal (worldwide), VNPAY (Vietnam bank transfer + local e-wallets), and SePay (bank transfer with auto-reconciliation). Wallet balance can be used for any purchase. No credit card details are stored on our servers.
Can I request a refund?
Yes, refunds available for: product not as described, technical failure on our side, duplicate purchase, or unauthorized transactions (report within 30 days). See Refund Policy for details.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Every paid order generates an invoice at /profile/orders/[order-code]. Company VAT/tax info can be added in profile settings.
Why are subscription prices in VND?
StoreWebview is based in Vietnam with VND as default currency. International buyers see converted totals via PayPal (USD) or local currency selector.
How do I reset my password?
Go to /forgot-password, enter your email, and we'll send a reset link valid for 1 hour. Check spam if it doesn't arrive within 5 minutes.
How do I enable two-factor authentication?
Sign in, go to /profile/security, click "Enable 2FA", scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password), enter the 6-digit code. Save backup codes in a safe place.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Contact us from your registered email and we'll process deletion within 30 days. Transaction records may be retained 7 years for tax compliance.
How do I become a seller?
Visit /become-a-seller and apply. Send your portfolio and product types. We review within 3 business days. Accepted sellers keep up to 85% of revenue with no monthly fees.
How do payouts work?
Monthly payouts via PayPal or bank transfer, minimum $50 balance. Payout cycle: last day of each month, processed within 5 business days.
What can I sell?
Game assets (Spine, sprites, backgrounds, SFX, music), source code (mobile apps, games, templates), and complete mobile apps. All content must be original or properly licensed.
Do you offer technical support for purchased assets?
Authors provide documentation. For integration help, message the author directly via /profile/messages. StoreWebview support handles platform issues; author support handles product questions.
What is a Spine animation?
Spine is a 2D skeletal animation format for game engines (Unity, Unreal, Cocos2d, Phaser). Our assets include .atlas + .skel (or .json) + PNG textures. Version 3.8/4.0/4.1 specified per asset.
Are there API limits?
Authenticated: 1000 req/hour. Anonymous: 100 req/hour. Premium: 10,000 req/hour. Contact for enterprise API access.
